State Pin Design Contest
Participants are required to develop and present a pin design which can be adopted as the state pin to be traded at the National TSA conference. A winner in both middle school and high school will be selected. The winning pin may or may not be selected to be the pin that represents Colorado as the trading pin at national competition. There may be more than one pin for Colorado at the National Conference. The TSA Executive Board will determine the final decision
Contest Specifications
- The pin design is an individual event. No recognition will be given for a group effort.
- The design may not exceed 1-1/4" by 1-1/4".
- An original line-type illustration must be used that reflects or interprets: A Colorado theme and incorporates "TSA."
- The design is limited to no more than four colors. The pin must have color seperations - with the requested style pin it will have raised lines of either gold or silver between the colors (this does not count as one of the four colors). There cannot be color gradients in any of the colors.
